EHS Management Committee
The EHS Management Committee is the highest management body of the EHS management system. It implements unified leadership for the EHS work and consists of the principal person in charge of each functional department and the principal person in charge of each base enterprise (company). The EHS Management Committee has an office located on the EHS platform, which is responsible for the daily handling of EHS related affairs.
In order to ensure the compliance of EHS management and the standard of on-site management, the company focuses on the training and training of EHS personnel, and has 4 registered safety engineers, 5 senior engineers in the chemical industry, 2 environmental protection facility operation technology certification personnel, 4 occupational health certification personnel, and more than 5 provincial experts, safety consultants and environmental protection consultants. With the support of professional and technical talents and experts, it can ensure the smooth progress of EHS work in enterprises.
Responsibilities of the EHS Management Committee

Establish an assessment mechanism for EHS annual responsibility assessment objectives and daily management work, and regularly check and assess the EHS work of each base enterprise and business segment.

Research, coordinate, direct and resolve major EHS issues.

Formulate EHS related rules and regulations, and supervise the implementation.

Organize relevant professional experts to audit the EHS management system and urge all units to rectify the hidden dangers found.

To prepare EHS technical measures and scientific research plans and plans, and organize their implementation.

Implement the "three simultaneous" provisions, review the establishment and design of large and medium-sized key engineering projects, and participate in the completion acceptance.

Organize experts to inspect the major hazard sources of the affiliated enterprises, and urge the enterprises to carry out safety evaluation, occupational health evaluation, environmental impact evaluation and EHS management system certification.

Organize SHE experience and academic exchanges, promote modern scientific management methods of EHS, and carry out EHS publicity training, competitions, etc

Organize or participate in accident investigation, analysis and handling, and do a good job in accident management.

Establish and improve the EHS information system, statistical analysis and feedback of relevant information.
