Base Introduction
The Shanher Lithium Production Base is located within the Anhui (Huaibei) New Coal Chemical Synthetic Materials Base. This park is recognized as one of “China’s Top 10 Chemical Potential Parks” and plays a pivotal role in the revitalization of Northern Anhui. It is one of the key coal chemical industry bases in the province and is also highlighted in the “12th Five-Year Plan” of the Huaibei Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government as one of the two major hundred-billion sectors.
Spanning approximately 32.95 acres, the Shanher Lithium Huaibei Production Base houses 6 production workshops, 2 Class A warehouses, and 3 Class C warehouses. The base has a total fixed asset investment exceeding RMB 400 million and is equipped with more than 400 sets of on-site reaction equipment, offering a cumulative reaction volume of over 2.4 million liters.
The Production Base is fully equipped with essential utility equipment and facilities, including storage, tank areas, water treatment (sewage station), exhaust gas treatment (RTO furnace), and a central control room. The site’s automation level is compliant with emergency management requirements, with continuous optimization and enhancement to support effective site management. The base employs DCS and SIS systems for rigorous safety monitoring and management, encompassing over 12,000 monitoring points.
