2. Process Development and Scale-up Services for Lithium-Related Organic Compounds

Embracing a philosophy of “green and sustainable development”, we are committed to the research of lithium-containing organic compounds and their application in organic synthesis, along with the development of related products.

We operate the Hefei Research Institute and the Huaibei Engineering Application R&D Center. The research and development centers are equipped with advanced analytical and testing instruments and synthesis laboratories, capable of handling a range of tasks from developing synthesis routes and validating production processes to establishing quality standards, from the laboratory phase to mass production.

The Shanher Lithium Huaibei Production Base also includes kilogram-scale laboratories, engineering laboratories, and pilot workshops, capable of offering clients process development and scale-up customized services from gram level to kilogram level and even to hundred-kilogram level.

3. Customized Services for Lithium Reaction-Related Products

The Shanher Lithium Huaibei Production Base houses 10 sets of 6300-L ultra-low-temperature lithiation reaction units, complete with facilities for alkyl lithium preparation, low-temperature use, solvent recovery, and process water treatment. This enables us to efficiently address safety, environmental, and cost concerns related to the lithiation reaction process. We offer clients customized services for tonnage scale lithiation reaction-related products.
